Please allow 3 working days for us to process your order. All UK parcels are sent second class via Royal Mail. International orders will be sent via standard airmail. We cannot accept any responsibility for any lost packages and a proof of postage is always obtained and kept so we may assist with any lost parcels.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer any refunds on bath or beauty products. On other products we can offer a full refund providing the item is returned in the same condition in which it left us. Please do contact us if you are unhappy with any product you purchase from us.
