Rosemary is renowned as a skin healer and muscle soother, amongst so many other benefits it would be hard to list them all. It's aromatherapy benifits include stress relieveing, uplifting, mood enhancing brain and nerve tonic. A wonder at helping to heal itchy flaky skin, stimulating folicles to promote hair growth and relieve the symptoms of dandruff, so this bar would make an ideal shampoo soap too.
 
Grapefruit essential oil helps to relieve and calm tension and especially useful for oily skin. A natural mood enhancer too. Why goats milk? Goats milk is renowned for being super nourishing for the skin as it is rich in essential fatty acids and triglycerides. The essential fatty acids have a unique Ph similar to humans and is easily absorbed into the skin. Goats milk contains precious minerals like Selenium and is packed with vitamins, particularly Vitamin A, the most important for our skin. As with other milks, goats milk contains lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) which is particularly great for smoothing off dead skin cells and helps to hydrate and brighten the skin. It also has natural lathering qualities! What else is in our goats milk soap bar?Coconut oil is world renowned for being an excellent moisturiser and cleanser. It's naturally anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal too, so it is wonderful for keeping your body nourished and cleansed.Olive oil is hypoallergenic and gentle enough for even the youngest of infants with sensitive skin. Another natural source of vitamins A and E and contains oleocanthal, a compound renowned for its anti-inflammatory benefits. Olive oil cleans your skin without stripping away your natural oils.Like coconut and olive oil, shea butter has lots of skin loving benefits with those essential fatty acids and vitamins, including forming a breathable barrier on your skin to protect it from harsh elements like sun and wind.All my soap is handmade in small batches using beautiful local goats milk from Wookey Farm in Somerset.
